Shipping

All orders will ship ground unless otherwise requested. All orders will ship out the next business day. Order processing and delivery times may vary. At this time, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Please allow 24-48 hours after you place your order to receive your shipping confirmation. Please contact us with any questions regarding our shipping policy.

Returns

If your order was lost or damaged during shipping or was shipped to the wrong address, please email us and we will replace the items that were lost, damaged, or incorrect. If your products were opened, we will not accept returns; however, please see our refund policy below.

Refunds

We stand by our products and believe that they should work with you, not against you. So, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at hello@tessegoods.com and we’ll arrange for a refund. The refund will go back to the same account or card used for the order.
